Chiropractor
Dr. Jeremy Phillips
Dr. Jeremy Phillips was born and raised in Eden, NC, and grew up playing multiple sports. While playing sports, he experienced and recovered from various injuries over the years. Through these experiences, he developed a passion for sports medicine and chiropractic care. Dr. Phillips excelled at football, and went on to play for Lenior-Rhyne college where he also received his degree in Biology Pre-med. Following graduation, he continued his football career, and signed three professional contracts with the St. Louis Rams, Frankfurt Galaxy, and Atlanta Falcons. After suffering a career ending injury, Dr. Phillips went on to pursue his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis. After graduation, he moved back to North Carolina, and opened Elite Performance Chiropractic in Greensboro. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, full-body certified in Active Release Technique, and holds various other chiropractic certifications. He is married to his wife, Ashley, and has two sons, Finn and Grey.

Dr. Matthew Mechalko
Dr. Matthew Mechalko was born and raised in Michigan, growing up he spent most of his time playing hockey in which he took to the college level for a season at Wayne State. He then transferred to Michigan State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. His passion for chiropractic came when a shoulder/elbow issue that was keeping him from golf was resolved through chiropractic care. He then pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in Saint Louis MO. Dr. Mechalko is trained in many techniques including Diversified adjusting, Motion Palpation & joint mobilization, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, various soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation. He is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Active Release Technique and Selective Functional Movement Assessment. On his free time, he enjoys going to sporting events, playing hockey and golf along with competing in proam disc golf tournaments.
Chiropractor
Dr. Karen Pristavec
Dr. Karen Pristavec was born and raised in Georgia and spent most of her time growing up playing soccer. It was growing up with a love of sports and dealing with different injuries that led to an appreciation of manual therapies and alternative healthcare. After high school, she went to Georgia State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She then moved to Houston, Texas for an internship working with athletes of various skill levels at the Hermann Memorial Hospital specializing in pre-habilitation and rehabilitation. Following her internship, she attended New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York and completed clinical rotations at Depew Chiropractic Clinic in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Pristavec is trained in many techniques including Diversified adjusting, Activator instrument assisted adjusting, various soft tissue techniques, flexion and distraction technique, and rehabilitation services. She is also full spine certified in Active Release Technique and is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association for Webster Technique.

Dr. Sheri Peacock
Dr. Sheri Peacock received her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from University of North Carolina at Greensboro graduating Magna Cum Laude. While attending New York Chiropractic College, she was a member of the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Scholastic Honor Society. Upon graduation, she moved back to North Carolina and opened up our Elite Performance Chiropractic Winston-Salem office. Dr. Peacock is a Level 1 CrossFit Instructor; a USAW Level 1 Sports Performance coach, certified RocDoc and holds her National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  She is full body certified in Active Release Technique (ART) as well as Webster Certified.
